Windows 10: Build updates for W10 upgrades

Discus and support Build updates for W10 upgrades in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I wonder if Microsoft intends to update the W10 upgrades in the same manner that the TP versions are....     I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I wonder if Microsoft intends to update the W10 upgrades in the same manner that the TP versions are. Insiders using the TP generally look forward to a new build even though it is disruptive, I can do a fresh install of W7 faster. The average pc user has never installed an operating system in their life, and barely tolerates the normal run of updates. I have not checked just how large the build downloads are, but they seem pretty big. Anyone on a limited monthly download allowance will not be happy.

    So what is this"Feature update to Windows 10, version 1607" ?

    Did update to Ann Build via W10 update or did you upgrade independently?

    Motion data & Microsoft Health issues

    Having upgraded to the latest build 10586 and installing all store updates,the motion data is unaccessible and in microsoft health app this is not tracking steps This was an issue when upgrading from last build also. Only fix seems to be a hard reset .
    The route i took was downgrade to 8.1 then upgrade to W10 as I did a hard reset on last w10 build. Is this always going to be an issue?
