Windows 10: Bule Screen, KERNEL_ECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, 0x00000139, ntkrnlmp.exe crash

Hi, need some help.I have a Blue Screen when I using my computer. The termination code is KERNEL_ECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.And when I check the windows event after reboot, I get the bugcheck: 0x00000139.And when I analyze the dump with windbg, I found the ntkrnlmp.exe is crashed.Any help would be appreciated? 2) Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

4) If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems. Memory management ,bule screen

Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 5559 using Windows 10 with 64 bit . whenever I try to boot Windows I am greeted by a "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" .

. I have also tried to reinstall Windows but nothing happens its just says not able to restart and goes in a loop with bule screen .

And even i try to go in safe mode but not able to do so .

Please help me out.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
