Windows 10: Buzzing fan on 4080

Hello, guys! I need a help. I noticed that one fan on my 4080 is buzzing. It comes and goes intermittently and only on 30% of fans speed. It disappears above 30% speed of fans. Should I be worried? Can it still be considered normal?
