Windows 10: C: Disk half occupied already after first startup? (New laptop)

Hi community,

I've recently bought a Huawei matebook X Pro with Office included. After unboxing and starting up for the first time, I checked files explorer and found out that the C: disk is actually 47.9GB used out of 89.9GB. After installing Razer Synapse and Steam, it went up to 50GB out of 89.9GB. I also have OneDrive enabled with only 12 files and are only Word documents (Around12-15kb each). Not a big deal yet but shouldn't new laptops come with cleaner C: Disks?


Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U @1.80GHz

RAM: 16GB LPDDR3

GPU: Nvidia MX150+ Intel UHD graphics 620

SSD: 512GB

Laptop won't create a startup disk.

We still can't identify the possible cause of this startup disk issue you're experiencing. For us to isolate and assist you better with this, kindly answer the following questions:

• What is the exact error message when attempting to create a startup disk?
• Have you tried creating a startup disk using another laptop? If yes, are you also having issues with it?
• Any troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Step 3: toss a burning match onto laptop.

Step 4: watch the fire clense your laptop.
