Windows 10: C-Drive is automatically filling up again.

Hello there, as you can see, my C-drive is automatically filling up. This has actually happened before, and I've also asked a community question here, but suddenly, my C-drive was cleared up automatically, so I didn't pay attention to it. But now that it's happening again, I decided to download Treesize and keep track of my disk usage. In doing this, I've figured out that whenever the storage space increases, it only increases in one folder by the name of 'System Volume Informations'. I was thinking of deleting this folder, but it contains files in the .sys format, so I'm not exactly sure if I
