Windows 10: C++ Error

So recently when I powered up my laptop Windows 10 and I got the error below.


I'm not very well versed in computer systems, and I was wondering what I should do about this. Retry doesn't fix it so I'm curious as to where I need to go to repair it.


I would be grateful for any help that could be provided.

we also suggest running the System File Checker (SFC) and
Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) command-line utility to repair possible system file corruption. Here are the steps:

• Open the Start menu, type 'cmd', right-click on Command Prompt and select
  
• Enter the following command-line (press enter after each command-line):
  

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

If the error doesn't let you get past the startup screen and wouldn't let you download the needed components, we suggest you disable the recently installed program on startup. Kindly follow the steps below:
