    Before I start, I'm just a kid.

    Hi, I'm and needs help from anyone who knows how to help.

    This started when I deleted a Ad popup on the control panel.

    I need help on how to fix this, I tried using AVG and CCleaner but nothing happened.

    :)

    C++ programs

    No idea. You will need to enquire at the Blue Stacks forums/support.

    Software will generally include an installer for the version of C++ the software requires, and install/reinstall

    that version of C++ during the install of the software.

    btw - C++ does not help make games run more smoothly. If the correct C++ files are not installed the game will not run at all.

    - You can download various main C++ Redist versions from the page below (except '05)

    visual-c-downloads

    - While there is a Visual C++ developers software, the C++ files used by a software in Windows is not a program.

    They are file 'libraries' that are used by programs, and there are many different versions and sub-versions from

    2005 onward (my Windows had 20 versions last time I counted).

    The reason for so many different C++ is a lot of software developers (more so in the past) install a modified sub-version

    of the main version of C++ their software used (as is my understanding), eg - C++ - 2008 - v9.0.30729 vs v9,0.30729.17.

    Any software that requires a particular sub-version will not run properly if only the main version of C++ is installed,

    or if the user has decided to 'clean up' and uninstall what they believe is an 'unnecessary' C++ version.
