Which is suppose to be all things/connections that can wake up the computer from a sleep state. I do not see on the list any printer or printers that I could change. If i could figure out which "USB CONNECTION" the printer is on, can I tell it not to allow
it wake up the computer? I have very little knowledge in all this. but again Thanks.

hello,

so my PC had been crashing recently, a lot. after fixing this i realised whilst looking through files i had found hundreds of files in folders called:

found.000

found.001

found.002

found.003

found.004

found.005

found.006

found.007

these folders are full of text documents, JavaScript files and even applications like Microsoft edge and some video games. is my computer using these files out of the folders? a lot of the files are .dll and i believe they are quite important for programs
to run. Is there anything i need to fix?

I know that if you perform a clean install to the same partition as an existing version of

Windows, the contents of the existing Users (or Documents and Settings), Program

Files, and Windows directories will be placed in a directory named Windows.old, and the

old operating system will no longer be available.

But I'm looking for a technical explanation for the creation of the windows.old.000, windows.old.001, windows.old.002, windows.old.003 etc folders.

Become windows.old renamed to windows.old.000 after a new install on the same partition and 000 to 001 ?

I would like to have some technical documentation. (Windows 10 and below)
