  1. Calculator Bug?

Hello, I recently used the Windows 10 calculator to find the result of 10x√(2) and the printed result was as follows: 1,41142135 with a few additional decimal digits. However, when I calculated the same expression, in exactly the same fashion, typing 10x√(2), using the google calculator, the result was different: 14.1421356 I do not mean that the difference was in the decimal point, I understand that that is because of the notation systems, I mean that the decimal point was in a different location. I believe this to be incorrect, as I also calculated, using both the Windows calculator and the google one, the expression √(200), which should be equal to 10x√(2), and this time both calculators printed 14.1421356, with different decimal point notation of course, but without the same error. I am not sure if this is a general bug, a bug only in the Greek version of Windows 10, or if I did something wrong. If anyone could help me figure why this is I would appreciate it.

Here's a print screen of the two calculators side by side:

P.S. - I ran the same calculation both in standard and scientific mode in the Windows calculator, both were showing the incorrect result. The one displayed is the scientific setting. Also, I calculated the result in google both manually and through the search bar, so I don't think there was an error in phrasing.

    Calculator GUI Bug.

This issue has risen before but I'd like to make sure it reaches the phone 7 team.

Lets say I have the dark background set under themes.

I then go into calculator, it appears normal with the grey buttons according to the dark theme.

I then change the theme to the light background and go back into the calculator. The calculator buttons have adjusted and are now white acording to the light theme.

I then go back and change the theme to the dark background again and then go back into the calculator.

This time, the buttons are still white even though I've changed the theme to dark.

If I exit the calculator and re-launch it, the problem is fixed and the buttons are grey again.

This is a GUI bug that should be simple to fix. A minor bug and update would be required.

    Thank you.

  3. Microsoft calculator standard bug

The Windows calculator is not a scientific calculator. It is a calculator meant for everyday use by people who are not scientists. If it pleases you then you can call it a bug but in view of the fact that the calculator has been like this for the last 30
years, your chances are slim that Microsoft will change its input mode from sequential to scientific.

    Microsoft calculator standard bug

i don't agree, its bug, then how come scientific calculator honoring arithmetic operator ordering.

its a clear bug in standard calculator where it is not honoring operator order instead calculating serially.
