Windows 10: Camera App is crashing 2019

This question has been asked before but I am still having this issue and it is 2019 not 2015 or however long ago this question was asked. I tried to reinstall the driver and update my software. I moved the Camera Roll folder to see if that would help. I tried to delete the folder, also. Nothing. Since the time I pulled this surface pro 2017 out of the package the camera has not work. I can Skype so I am pretty sure the driver is okay, but something is weird with the camera app. It is the only real camera app available so I would like to be able to access my camera. How do I fix this problem?

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

Camera App Crashes at Start Up
