Windows 10: Camera doesn't start

Hi,



I have seen this posted in different forums, but I still haven't been able to fix the issue following all the solutions I have been finding.

A month ago, I started having these issues while doing videocalls: the system wasn't unable to find the camera. However, sometimes it worked again, so I thought it was something with the updates.

Recently, the camera stopped working altogether. I forced updates, checked privacy settings from the camera and nothing. I had a software specialist from Dell connecting remotely to my computer and didn't find the solution either. We ended up rebooting the system deleting everything and installing Windows again. The camera worked for a few seconds and this messaged appeared again. Sometimes, the camera still works for a few seconds and then the message pops in again.

Any new ideas? Is this a hardware issue then? Although I suspect this since the camera does work from time to time and this error message seems to be a common thing among Windows 10 users.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Nokia E52 - camera doesn´t start

Hi



I have a problem since yesterday, i tried to update my nokia e52 firmware, but i do a mistake, when de nokia software updater gives me what are the firmware upda available i didn´t notice that is the same version and let him to update.



After the update is completed, my camera doesn´t start anymore, i already tried to do a soft reset and a hard reset but my problem remains.



My phone has the following software:



Firmware Version: 022.009

Model: E52-1

Type: RM-469



Anyone can help me?

Camera N96 doesn´t work

Hello



When I press the camera button to take a picture the phone says. "Camera: the function doesn´t exits" in swedish "Kamera: Funktionen stöds inte."



And I can´t send mms either but the phone is set up properly. It´s like it missing softwear to work, i have no usb cable and the Nokia softwear updater seems to only work with the usb cable instead of bluetooth. I have reasently format the harddrive and
there is a 64 mb memorycard in the phone.



any ideas?
