Windows 10: Camera function

My camera app shows grey without my face or anything. Last night the camera app is working perfectly but now I cant see my face. I have Lenovo laptop and I turn on the camera and check properly the lens. All is good but I cant see myself. Check if there is a settings I need to set again but none. I uninstall the driver on the device manager and re install it but no help at all.

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

735 Camera function disabled

I have a new 735. If I try to open the Camera I get a black screen with the icons for single photo, burst mode and video but then nothing happens - just a black screen.

If I open Lumia Camera, the screen flickers and then reverts to the apps list. sometimes a brief message appears stating that Camera function is disabled.

I have tried uninstalling the app and then installing again. I have tried turning phone off and back on. I have a 635 (which has a working camera) and have checked that all settings are the same.

Whatever I do, there is no success.

Any suggestions before I return phone unit to supplier?
