Windows 10: camera malfunction

Opening the webcam brought up blue screen: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION SPUVCbv x64sys, how can I fix it?

FireWire Malfunction

I have an old video camera that requires a firewire. I've had two different firewire to USB ports saying that they have both malfunctioned within the seconds of inserting them into my computer. I've downloaded the IEEE 1394 Legacy ports and done them step
by step but to no avail. Nothing seems to work and it keeps saying that it's malfunctioned. Please help!

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

E71 camera malfunction

the camera recently started to malfunction.



at first the screen was only blank, the menus (when you press the scroll keys) work but when you move the cursor up and down the menu there is a sort of delay in the display creating an overlapping effect of the labels.



not knowing what to do this prompted me to update the phone software. after the update, the camera is still malfunctioning.



this time, in addition to the blank screen, after a few seconds of so the message "camera in use by aonther application." at least theres a change. ive tried using the barcode scanner but the same message appears.



it seems E71 has many problems with the camera. what is the solution to my problem? thanks.
