Windows 10: camera stop working in surface pro 6 Windows 10 pro

When trying to use the camera app or skype or zoom apps the message "camera not found" appears.
In the camera app the error code is "0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>"
In the Properties window of the Device Manager the status is "This device can not be started. Code 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"
I've tried all the steps in the link bellow:

Still not working.
I've used this Surface Pro 6 and everything works well, including the cameras, in the last 2 years.

Surface Pro 6 self view or front-facing camera is fuzzy

Surface Pro 6 self view or front facing-camera is fuzzy but main camera is clear. I have run the latest Windows update for Surface Pro 6 as of May 15. Camera has only Intel(R) AVStream Camera 2500 available by checking "Device Manager"
. I have applied the latest update on the driver. I have checked online and found the link at How to fix non-functioning cameras on the Surface Pro and Book - MSPoweruser, which suggested to check Imaging Devices to update driver of Microsoft LifeCam Front/Rear in
Device manager. But there is no LifeCam Front/Rear in my Device Manager. Can anyone shed some light on me to fix the fuzzy issue on front-facing camera? Thanks in advance
