    Camera Unrecongized - Error 0xA00F4244


    I saw many posts about this issue and tried all the methods but they didn't work. I even tried from BIOS !

    In my personal case Lenovo Ideapad S145-15API the problem was a HARDWARE one, the PC came out without a connection to the imaging device. So my advice is: do not buy Lenovo.

    Hi,

    Compatibility could be one of the probable reasons why you have this error. What I can suggest is for you try and run the hardware troubleshooter. You can follow the steps below:

    • Click the magnifying glass icon beside the Windows start menu.
    • Type Troubleshooting.
    • Select Hardware and Sound.
    • Click Hardware and Devices from the options list.
    • Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

    Hello,

    I tried the troubleshooter and both Methods above by ANJU

    The camera does not even show in the device manager under other devices or sound, video, game controllers, etc.

    Any suggestions? it is giving me the same error though:

    0xA00F4244 (0xC00D36D5)

    Any help or suggestions?
