Windows 10: Camera, Voice Recorder, calculator doesnt have any icon image.

pretty much like what i said above, along with other default apps on windows 10 like snipp & sketch and groovemusic. I can still see the icon and i can open it. But the icon's image is like this. and I sure know well something doesnt work well.I would like to know how and why i have this problem and how to fix this... pls..

Voice Recorder and Calculator missing!

Hello! My windows-built-in Voice Recorder and Calculator app are suddenly missing from the start menu. They don't show up when I search them either. Please help.

 

Voice Recorder Flags Disappeared

To assist you better, please answer the below:

  Are you using windows built-in voice recorder or any other 3rd party voice recorder application?
  
• 
  If you are using Build in Windows recorder, how did you put the flag?
  

If you are using built-in Windows recorder, there is no option to put a flag on recorded voice. Provide us the screenshot of recording interface with Flag.
