Windows 10: can 2 people use one Win 10 PC at same time?

My wife and I share our single, home office desktop - but sometimes this lead to "conflicts"! We also have a laptop, but increasingly using this is not comfortable because of the type of research we both undertake

I would like each of us to be able to share the PC at the same time, and utilize the software generally Office 365, CAD, Google, etc with each of us having their own desk, monitor I have 2 x 27", she is happy with 1 x 27" and mouse. If at all possible I don't really want to install anything but MS OS on my machines.

I have a lot of disk storage that I change out as required normally 6TB fitted, but 12 TB as and when needed. The OS is on a 1TB SSD. I have 32GB RAM and lots of USB-3 ports. We have 1 x printer and a good broadband connection / speed.


I have one MS Account and we do not see the necessity of having separate accounts.


Can anyone advise the best method of configuring such a setup?

How to find People app in Windows 10.

Method 1:

Step 1:Check if People app tile is showing on the Start menu
by pressing Start key on keyboard

Step 2: If it is not displayed, then I suggest you to check using
Cortana by following the steps below:

• Press Start key on the keyboard and type People.
• Select the top most search result.

Step 3: You can also check in All settings from start menu by following the steps below:

• Press Start key on the keyboard and click on All settings option from the bottom left corner of the window.
• Check if People app is listed under alphabet P.

Method 2: If you do not find it in PC, you can download
People app from the Windows Store by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key on the keyboard and type Windows Store.
• Select the top most search result.
• Type People in the search and download the
  People app.

Contacts not showing in People app on Windows 10 (PC and mobile) and Outlook app (iPad)

All my contacts from my Outlook.com account are not showing in the People app (mobile and PC) and not showing in the Outlook app on my iPad. Until 2 weeks ago they where in the People app (and iPad). I didn't change any settings. I still can see the contacts
in Outlook 2016 and online in Outlook.com.

I also have an Office 365 account and all the contacts from that account are still visible in the People app.

I already tried these steps:

• I removed my Outlook.com account from my phone and PC and reinstalled it.
• I checked the filter in the People app (Settings > Filter contact list).
• Looked at Outlook.com but can't find any settings that are wrong

I think the problem is in Outlook.com because I can't see the contacts on any device.

Any suggestions.

 

How to find People app in Windows 10.

This HP computer I just bought with ten on it does not have the people app. It is not in the tiles, or the see all apps or found on the hard drive. Thank you for your help. Every search I did to find it with search engines only showed me how to use it.
