Windows 10: Can an update affect on Cortana not to work ?

I had 2017 windows 10 version and I updated it to 20H2 last month. But after the update my Cortana doesn't work anymore. I did everything except reset my pc. But after the update my pc was so faster and I loved , But unfortunately only My loved Cortana doesn't work.. Is there anything like code command or anything to look into this matter ? I must say that I was consulted a microsoft online agent and he did everything such as reinstalling it, resetting cortana etc. But useless. What can i do except loosing my windows latest one and others ?

As initial troubleshooting I request you to try below steps,

I suggest you to install the latest windows 10 updates, please follow the steps to install all the windows updates.

If you want to check for the update now, select the Start button, then select Settings
> Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Run the Search and Indexing Troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

  Select Troubleshooting.

Make sure that Cortana is enabled:

Click on the Taskbar search box, click Settings icon, and then make sure that the option labelled Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts and more is turned ON.

Turn on Location

  Click on Start and select Settings, navigate to Privacy > Location.
  
• 
  On the right-side, under Location, you will see On if the location is enabled for this device.

  And, if the location for this device is not enabled, please click the Change button, and then move the slider to on position.
  

Install all Windows Updates

Most of the issues are fixed by installing Windows Updates make sure that your system is up-to-date.
