  1. Can any "Yes/Cancel confirmation boxes" be set to Yes-only in Windows 10?

I recently had a bad system crash and had to reinstall Windows 10 Pro Version: 20H2, OS build: 19042.804. It has proven to be a different experience than my crashed version which was always kept up-to-date, and I'm having to restore my old system anew. Here's my question. Before the crash, I recall some system settings which would suppress display of Windows's "mother may I" "Yes/Cancel confirmation boxes". However in the newly installed Windows 10 Pro, I'm seeing a lot more of these user confirmation requests, and I've not found a way to turn any of them OFF.

Anyone have any insights into what has happened here? If not, I'll have to install an auto-clicker appropriate for the job of always ticking Yes boxes.

    :)

To cancel the reservation/upgrade to Windows 10, follow the steps:

    • Open the Reservation app in the notification area (double click it).
    • Click the Hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
    • Select ‘View Confirmation’.
    • In the lower left, click Cancel Reservation and then confirm (twice).
