I don't think this has been released en masse yet. If not, it surely will be on the

next Update Tuesday. I happened to acquire it while performing a Repair Upgrade,

for another purpose. At the time, my PC at v1803 Build 17134.167 KB4345421 would

run WDO. After that Repair, it would not! Subsequent Repairs, would not alleviate the

    problem.

I am beginning to see others, with the same symptom, who are at Build .191 as well.

After WDO begins to configure, a small progress bar appears, but only briefly. Then

the PC boots back into Windows, without ever presenting the WDO UI.

We have seen this before. About half-way through version 1703, an update caused

this same symptom. It was not fixed, through several Cumulative Updates. And only

then, was fixed by version 1709. If you experience this problem, be sure to report it

via the Feedback process. There is an option for that purpose, at the bottom of the

Windows Security screen. Otherwise, this one may be with us for a while as well.

    Regards, Glen

    :)

Windows Defender Offline for Windows 10

Tried this suggestion and it did not work. Tried to boot from USB with Windows Defender Offline transferred from a safe computer. Would not boot from USB. Message "Secure Boot Violation, Invalid Signature Detected, Check secure boot policy in Setup"
Any suggestions on next steps for a Windows 10 compatible version of Windows Defender Offline?
