Windows 10: Can I bill Microsoft for breaking Realtek Ethernet?

So far, I have purchased 2 WiFi adapters and 1 Ethernet adapter in an attempt to fix this issue. It seems to only be happening to Realtek devices and I was notified that it was an issue with update 1809 and the "development team is working on it as fast as they can". I'm sorry, but I've tried everything the articles, forums, and Microsoft's IT team have told me to fix this issue yet I've spent ~$50 just to have internet again, 1/2 the price of the operating system and it's WiFi. This is not a new issue either as this issue happened in the 17xx updates but I wasn't here for that, just upgraded last month from Win7, which worked for literally 4 years without ever providing any issues that couldn't be fixed. I'm considering invoicing Microsoft for the purchases since they broke their own code while knowing it has been a common issue since over a year ago.

To isolate the case, we would suggest that you use other "Realtek Ethernet", and see if it does the same thing.
