    We have a requirement to make monthly offline back ups of our SharePoint sites data, we are Microsoft cloud based, with Business Premium licences and an Azure P1.We have selected the user but trying to not burden their work load with having to do the backups themselves but rather the admin team do the work and the only requirement is of the user is to plug their external drive in and the backup is done either by the admin console or another way!, but we haven't figured that out yet.The original plan was to do it ourselves and use a courier to post the drive, but doing this every month is a bit
