    can I get a refund/exchange on Minecraft bedrock edition?


    My son and daughter have been sharing the Minecraft Java edition license I bought quite a while ago and for Xmas they wanted a second one so they could play with/against each other. So I ordered the bedrock edition Windows native and they found that it's not quite compatible with the Java version. The Java one can log in to servers and host games, but the bedrock edition can't join those servers or join hosted games.


    So either I need to know how to make the bedrock edition 100% compatible with the Java edition, or a refund so I can buy a second Java edition license.

    I have just done a search on Minecraft Bedrock edition and could not find it. Are you sure it was Minecraft Bedrock edition, and not another edition of Minecraft?

    I have also looked on your Xbox profile and found that you do not have Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the games you have played. You seem to have the following: Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

    Please can you check to make sure it shows under My purchases on https://account.microsoft.com
