Windows 10: Can I get some help please?

For four years my windows has not worked right. Have yet to this day gotten any help. No one believes me and every one defends windows and blames me. It is not fair at all. Many different versions on many different computers and all have problems after problems. My biggest problem is networking, I had that problem since july 30 2015, not since 1809. Windows update bluescreens the computers, zero of the recovery options work. I can't right click on my desktop, it just crashes. I turn on my laptop and there is just so many windows features just hogging up my resources and for 20 minutes +, CPU, Memory and Disk, all 100%, for 20 minutes and all I see is windows stuff running, not any thing of mine. There is also a plethora of other miscellaneous errors. I have made over 100 feedbacks in the feedback, not one has ever been replied to.


Please do not say oh well i networked over 10,000 computers, it's easy, why can't you or please don't say I have installed windows for over 400 clients and I have zero issue with them, why are you? This is not helpful and is the reason why I have been banned and blocked so many times. Just help me. Just accept that there may be a single person out there who has 7 running windows 10 computers and each one them all has nonstop errors and issues to the point of unusability. I have followed greg's guide to win10 install, to the tee, and I still get errors, bluescreens and issues. There is zero possibility that it has anything to do with my brand new dells. All PC's are more than enough to handle windows.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
