Windows 10: Can I get Windows 10 back?

Hello I want this answer from Microsoft,I have an HP laptop it had Windows 8.1 on it when Windows 10 was released with free upgrade I upgraded.1 day I want to discover if I can cun 2 OS in 1 laptop I installed a pirated windows 8.1 which was not activated,when I opened Windows 10 it didn't work then I gave my laptop to a support here in Saudi Arabia they formatted it and installed windows 8.1 on it.I want to know can I free upgrade again to Windows 10. All this happened 2 years ago.Thanks

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
