Windows 10: Can I import emails, fgolders and contacts from Eudora to Windows Mail? NOT WINDOWS LIVE MAIL

I have used Eudora 7 for over 20 years and found it to be the easiest program for all emails. I tried Thunderbird but have trouble importing mailboxes and contacts and it doesn't keep attachments in a separate folder.. Can those items be imported into Windows Mail not Windows Live Mail without purchasing another program?

How to copy and move my contacts in Windows Live Mail to the mail app (Outlook Mail) in Windows 10?

If you're signed into Windows Live Mail using a Microsoft account, your contacts will sync automatically. If not, then your contacts must be manually exported and re-imported. Apparently, there's no direct way to import your contacts from Windows Live Mail
to the Windows 10 Mail app. However, you can export your contacts from Windows Live Mail, import it to your
Outlook.com account, and then sign in your email account to the
Mail app. For the steps on how to export your contacts from Windows Live Mail, please refer to this

article. Follow the steps under To export contacts from Windows Live Mail. After exporting your contacts to a
.CSV file, follow the steps below on how to import your contacts to your email account.

• Sign into Outlook People.
• Select Manage > Import contacts >
  Windows Live Mail.
  
• Browse for the .CSV file and then click Upload.

Live Mail - delete contacts

Windows Live Mail syncs with People contacts, but only if you are logged in on Windows Live Mail. Changes made while not logged in appear to never be synced. The 'People' contacts are stored on Microsoft servers, for use by the People app, people.live.com, and syncing with Windows Live Mail (when logged into it). Syncing seems to fail as often as not, so fully back up all contacts lists before culling.
