Windows 10: Can I log in to Minecraft pe with my pc account

Everytime I try to log in with the same email and password I get in to a different Minecraft pe acc and not my pc account with my pc skin and ranks etc. Does anyone know how to get my pc acc on my iOS iPad or if it is even possible?* Moved from Community Center

Do I have to buy Minecraft PE on Windows 10 when my xbox account linked on minecraft pe ios?

I bought Minecraft PE on my ios device and linked to xbox account so i want to know if i linked my xbox account to minecraft pe ios device, do i have to buy it in xbox store on windows 10 too?

When i am trying to sign in with my Microsoft to minecraft pe the app almost immediately stops. Is there any way to help it?

 

Minecraft PE on Ipad Mini

We have minecraft PE on an Ipad mini. My son wants an add on and I logged into microsoft and put $ on the account, but it's not showing up in the app.

The app also doesn't allow us to purchase coins directly from the app in order to purchase the add on. I've turned on "in app purchases" and we are able to buy content in other games, so I'm not sure why it's not working from minecraft. Any help is appreciated!
