Windows 10: Can i still get Windows 10 after i changed my hardisk?

Hi everyone i have a question and hopefully someone can answer it.I bought my computer in 2015 and it had Windows 8.1 included. The month of july 2016 i received the notification to upgrade to windows 10. A week later i updated to windows 10 but i only used it for 3 days since i had some issues playing games so i decided to return to the previous version. Now in 2019 i want to update again to windows 10. I read in the internet that i can still update to Windows 10 because a digital copy is saved in my pc when i first updated. The problem is that 6 months ago my hardisk and my graphic card burned out so i had to change them.My question is : do i still have the digital copy of windows in my pc even after i changed my hardisk and graphic card?it's there a way to check ?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
