Windows 10: Can I still manually arrange items in a folder in windows 10 19041.450 August 21st 2020???

So I like to be a very organized person and manually arrange my things. I try to see if there was a way to manually sort items in a folder. Well, I see there was, except it's outdated because I cannot find a box where it says "Auto Arrange Items" or anything like that. Is there still a way to manually sort items in a folder?
