Windows 10: Can I tell a PC to update automatically right now without further user intervention?

Windows 10 does seem to check for updates daily, and I don't need help with that. But to install the updates it finds, I need to first click a "Download" button, then an 'Install" button, and finally I need to restart. Can I just do one thing and have everything after that happen automatically?

(I guess if I used Windows regularly this would happen by itself eventually, and all I would get is a notification to restart. However, I only use Windows occasionally, but want to update it soon after updates are released so I won't be booting without updates in the middle of the month.)

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
