Windows 10: Can I use my laptop on my mobile by using My Microsoft account?

Hey, My name is James Adaline and I live in Los Angeles. I was planning to travel to New York City, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to bring my laptop with me. So my question is, can I use my laptop on my mobile phone by using my Microsoft account? As we can use mobile phones on Windows 10 by using Microsoft. If anyone could provide some clarity on this, I would really appreciate it! Thank you.

Windows 10 Mobile isn't picking up Outlook.com account

I upgraded my husband's Lumia 640 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile. His Outlook.com account isn't listed in Accounts under Settings in People and Calendar. I've been through all the steps to add an account, but the Outlook.com account still isn't
listed. Can anyone suggest a workaround for this problem?
