    I have an Xbox 1 controller and I downloaded xoutput to play with games that need x360 controller when I download the app my Xbox 1 controller have an glitch with the keyboard when I play games can some one help me to deleat the xoutput from my devise I tried everything and didn't work my only Solution was to turn off the steam and its very annoying plz help sry for the bother

Let's try some steps to fix the issue however just a heads up, here at Microsoft Community forums, we only have limited tools in case the troubleshooting steps fail, we may need you to reach Xbox Live Support for further assistance.

    Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Disable Antivirus Software: Check to see if your antivirus software is enabled or running and temporarily disable it, then try to start, install, or update your game or app again.

    2. Clear store cache and clear temp files: Go to settings > updates and security > troubleshooting and click on additional troubleshooting. Click Windows Update and then Windows Store apps. After that check for available updates on Windows Update, install everything including optional updates.

    3. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter: This tool can automatically fix some common problems with Windows Update.

    • Select Start.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Navigate to Update & Security.
