I have completed my first ever build. what to do now

I have completed my build. It turns on bur I do not know what to do next. Can anyone help? I didn't know if know if listing the parts will help.

Do I go to the bios and do something there Or do I insert the os disc or the cd tht came with the mobo?

I would really appreciate if someone gave me the steps to get my rig up and running.

 

If I have Windows 10 Education, and the email used to obtain the key/log into my computer is going to be deleted by my school after graduating, what do I need to do in order to keep access to my PC?

To clarify, I know that Windows 10 Education doesn't actually expire. Basically what I need to know if this is an issue that can be solved by simply making another account on my PC using a different email to log in with, before the school one is deleted,
or if I will need to do something more complicated. I've been locked out of my PC before because I only had one user, the school one, so I couldn't verify myself if just making another user will solve the issue.

 

What User Account should I use for PC to be sold

I'm going to sell my PC but before I do, I'm going to put a clean install on the machine. As part of a normal installation steps, you normally login to your MS Account. But I don't want to put my account on the machine, I'm hoping you have a solution that will allow me to put some local/temp user account that the new owner can then login with their MS account name and password after they purchase the PC.

I looked through the User Tutorials but nothing jumped out at me.

What do you suggest?
