Discus and support Can not download/run any program from the internet. in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; If you had space to back up your SD card you could try formatting it NTFS and then copy everything back - perhaps it just doesn't like exFAT.     I just set chrome to download to a micro sd card, in usb card reader adapter ,H:/, the sd card is formatted to fat32 ,, with no issue at all
