Windows 10: Can not install security updates on a Windows 11 laptop with unsupported hardware

The quality updates on my computer failed to update. The update 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5033375 failed with error code 0x80070020. The 2022-08 Security Update for Windows 11 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5012170 failed with error code 0x800f0983. How do I fix these?

Is it legal to install Windows 11 on an unsupported hardware?

I know installing Windows 11 on unsupported hardware is unofficial, meaning you will be denied support from Microsoft, if you need support. However, is it legal? If i install Windows 11 on an unsupported hardware, will i be allowed to ask questions on Microsoft Answers, if need help?

Microsoft Support won't be allowed, but will i be allowed to get help from users?

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

As per Microsoft:

Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates.

Microsoft support and even this official Microsoft forum may not provide support for unsupported hardware Windows 11 installation.
