Windows 10: Can not play games

I have been trying to play online games but they never seem to work. I have tried multiple things to fix this problem. Single player games work fine and i can browse the internet easily but online games are not working for me and I have no idea why. I had my driver updated which didn't help the situation and its to the point where im getting annoyed that i cant play any fun games. I do use google chrome as my main browser if that helps you any and I have also tried using other things like Microsoft edge and that didn't help. All in all im just trying to get my computer working properly and getting back to being able to play with my friends online. If anyone would help me I would be very thankful considering it has been like this for a couple months now.

• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
