Windows 10: Can not see transparency checkerboards at all

Hey, I've ran into a problem where i can't see the transparency checkerboard background at all only a white background not in any photo editing softwares or on chrome. This is something that i think happend recently when i select the image with the transparency i can see it but if i unselect it i can't see the transparency checker background only a white background. I think have no idea what could of have caused this and i really got to fix this issue.

Checkerboard screen

Good Morning,

We have about 200 HP Elite Desk running W10, and most of them have dual monitors using the HP Display Port and the VGA port to run the dual setup. We have been getting some of them mainly the second display going into checkerboard and have to either unplug
the monitor from the computer and plug it back in or restart the computer. All of the drivers have been updated for the graphics card, as the machines were built for W10 straight from HP. I am open for any suggestions as to how to fix these issues.

Photoshop: Creating Transparent Images

• PNG supports Alpha Transparency, that is that the image can have different levels of alpha (or opacity) throughout.
• GIF supports transparency too, but any part of the image can only be either transparent or opaque. There is no gradual shift, no "Alpha" level to adjust. (And transparency eats into 1/256 of your available colors.)
• JPEG supports neither form of transparency.

Internet Explorer did not support transparency in PNGs until IE7, I believe that it would show black instead of the page behind the PNG image. It did, however, support PNGs. (Which are still a great way to achieve a non-lossy, high-color image. (even without transparency))
