Windows 10: Can not turn on Media streaming

    Can not turn on Media streaming


    When I click on the "Turn on media streaming", the first time I tried it I got the circle of death for about 2 minutes, then nothing happened. Status says "Media streaming is not turned on". Now when I click on "turn on media streaming" nothing happens.

    Any help?

    How can I turn on media streaming for windows 10? I am in the network and sharing center and click the "Turn on Media Streaming" button, but it does not do anything. Please help.

    Thank you for posting all of the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. There's a possibility the issue is due to a misconfiguration of the network adapter driver. That being said, it would be great if you can tell us more about your concern. Please
    answer the following:

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Were you able to transfer your photos before using Media Streaming after upgrading to Windows 10?
    • Have you tried downloading and installing the latest version of the camera manufacturer's software from their support site?
    • Have you tried running the troubleshooter for hardware and devices?
    • Have you installed the latest updates for Windows 10?
    • What is the current OS Build of your Windows 10 device? Click the
      Start button, type
      About your PC, press Enter, and then scroll down to
      Windows specifications to find this information.
