Windows 10: Can not update to version 1903 of Windows 10. Error 0xc190012e. Windows 10 Home

I just can't get Windows 10 to update. No matter what I do. I've tried literally everything on the internet. I've spent my whole day trying to figure this out. Please help. Thanks.

update 1903 Error 0xc190012e

Hello,

I have a issue to install the update 1903. I have error 0xc190012e.

Either through Windows Update or by downloading the iso and running the setup.exe.

I found some blog / thread spkeaking about this issue, but there is no solution.
