    Can only on task manager?

I have a lenovo ideapad 320 and the following problem: My laptop starts normally, after that nothing can be clicked only by a combination of keys to open the Task Manager. In this time bios was updated, i could also access device manager (through task manager), that means i could update the graphics card.

Unfortunately I can't go into safe mode because there are always automatic repair preparations which don't work and I get back to the selection menu. Does anyone know what I can do? It's been like this for days, otherwise the computer has always worked.

I can't click on anything, but what might be related is an error message that appears from radeonsettings: This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin windows. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Ps: I don't have a recovery file (I should have done) and if possible without data and program loss

    :)

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
