Windows 10: Can someone help me replace win10 education to pro?

So back in september, the whole area I lived gave every student a laptop, but I didn't use it at all because I didn't have administrator privileges, and can't change it because the CMD option doesnt appear in advanced boot.

So then I decided to replace the education version with pro. I already have the usb I have to boot from but when I went to BIOS, it was password protected. I looked for the code it's supposed to give when you fail 3 times but the laptop doesn't restart, it just freezes and doesn't give out any code. Then I tried booting it from the advanced boot menu, but even when I select the usb drive, it boots into the hard disk. I also saw that we can open the laptop out and just take out the battery, but tbh I don't want to mess up anything inside..

Does anyone know either how to bypass the BIOS password or give myself administrator privileges without the use of cmd?

Win10 Pro Education

Sorry, there is no upgrade path from Education to Professional. You would have to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro.

If you want to downgrade to the Windows 10 Pro edition, you will need to perform a clean install and you will need a unique product key to install it. The Windows 10 Pro Edu or Windows 10 Education key will not activate Windows 10 Pro.

If you don't have a license for Windows 10 Pro, you will either need to request it from the institution you got Windows 10 Education; or you will have to purchase a license for Pro, then perform a clean install.
