Windows 10: Can someone help with "The network is not present or not started" and Error 1075: The...

Have a 3 workstation group that has been working well until this a.m. My workstation Windows 10 can not open files on the other computers in the workgroup but was able to do that easily until today. The other machines are visible on the network but return "The network is not present or not started". I've seen some community help suggesting that the Workstation Properties on the local computer be set to startup automatic which mine was but I noticed that the service was "Stopped". Choosing "start" results in Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deleti

The dependency service or group failed to start. Cant connect to internet or network. Limited access

I go to computer management and click on services and i found that all my networks's status (network connections, network list service, network local awareness) are not started. I got error 1075 for starting network connections and network local awareness.
And for network list service, i got error 1068. Help please

Hi,

One of the user can not access any server on the network suddenly and getting error message. The network is not present or not started.

Machine was fine in morning and user just went for lunch and after that issue accrued. After that if I login with another user still same issue. From that machine I can not access any server.

Done below step.

1. Change machine name.
2. take out and put it back machine to the domain.
3. Remove network adapter and re install it.
4. used ipconfig and flush DNS command.
5. Done system restore.
6. run sfc command.

Is there any one has solution apart from re-installing windows?
