Windows 10: Can someone look at my sleepstudy html and tell me what happened to my PC?

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Is the PC up to date with all updates?
   

However, let us try these steps to check if that helps or makes any difference.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the power troubleshooter on the PC. Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.
  
• Double click on troubleshooting and click on view all.
  
• Click power and click next to run the power troubleshooter.
  
• Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once it is done, close all windows and restart the computer.
  

Step 2: Further, suggest you to run the
SFC scan utility tool on the PC to check if that helps with this issue. System File Checker is a utility in Windows10
that checks for system file corruption.

powercfg /sleepstudy and /systempowerreport produce identical reports (containing the Power Report, but called Sleepstudy)

To reiterate the subject: Both switches produce the same report (System Power Report), but both are called sleepstudy-report.html

The 2 sleepstudy reports (incorrecly named, and in one case incorrectly triggered) are indeed identical.

Ths was originally reported almost 4 years ago, but sadly, rather than adressing the problem, the usual boilerplate "are you updated?, ... Run SFC, blagh, blah, blah, and then closed as if he solved it. The OP thought that the report was just incorrectly named (it's more than that). As far as I can see, THIS IS A BUG.

Either the /SLEEPSTUDY switch should be removed as redundant (and the documentation and resultant filename should reflect that change), or the code that parses commandline /switches and generates the proper report should be repaired.

Powercfg option /sleepstudy generates System Power Report, and /systempowerreport output filename is wrong.
