Windows 10: Can someone make a thread about all the windows 10 updates ?

umm, i know how to open a zip file, how to i install it ? there are random files inside the cab file, there's no exe inside to install anything, so how do i install it ?

 

Wow.. I don't think I would use any of those without a serious virus check first. Oh and a malware check as well.

I don't really trust the source of that program, ..

well that defeats the who purpose of ease to use and way too complicated for me to do that for ever cab updates. aren't there any easy methods? like a update manager or of sorts?

 

Downloading offline Windows Updates and installing them is not supposed to be easy, according to MS. *Rolleyes

Usually it is done by network administrators, so it involves command lines and tools with an unpleasant GUI.

EDIT: You can create ISO and add updates on the go and then just install it with all updates included.
You can use something like NTLite , a free version would suffice for that.

History indeed, like IE6 being the unsecurest browser in the world, but people leave out the version number.

 

It's usually easy to install. All you have to do is download the KB in question, double click on it and it installs. That simple.,

 

Finding the download link, installing 50 updates one by one, not to mention superseeded updates, not really.

 

I was referring to the cumulative updates for 10.. but yes doing 50 that way would be problematic.,

 

so, i'm just gonna wait a year and wait for somebody to make an exe or a Bat file for all the updates.
