Windows 10: can"t change Access 2010 database after W10 upgrade

    can"t change Access 2010 database after W10 upgrade


    I recently upgraded to W10 and now when I try to change a form in Access 2010 DB It errors and has to close. The error is : Faulting module path: C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\VBA\VBA7\VBE7.DLL. If I undo the change then all is fine. There was a problem I found on Google with same error but due to SP1 for office. I did not have this problem before upgrade to win 10. I tried a repair but no good.

    Microsoft Access Database (.mdb) file

    Have an old Microsoft Access Database (.mdb) file, possibly created with W95.
    wish to view it. Currently am using W10 and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 software (which does not include Access). Am getting ‘Can’t find Language DILL
    msain.dill’. Any ideas how I can view this file?

    Windows 10 killed Act! 2010

    When I allowed the Windows 10 upgrade, it totally corrupted Act! 2010, not allowing me to access my database. After unsuccessfully trying the fix at Microsoft.com, I uninstalled the program. I have a database backup on an external drive. Now, trying to
    re-install, I get an error message upon attempting to install. What's up? What can I do. My business is stalled without my database.

    can"t change Access 2010 database after W10 upgrade

    Not sure what to tell you - Access2010 works A-OK for me.

    The most common recommended fix for Office problems is reinstall.
