Windows 10: Can unplugging your pc while its still running break everything?

Hello, last night a stubborn program just refused to close, it would not even let me open task manager, I was angry and just unplugged my desktop entirely, now in the days after my computer's memory is always at a high capacity, most programs don't want to work and are all having separate issues, and my computer just refuses to run above 25 FPS. Is unplugging it the likely cause of the problem, if so, what solutions are there to fix it. and if not, what else could be doing this? I did several virus scans, including a full scan, but they said there was nothing wrong. Help?System information: D

Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Ambient is around 24C. Load is WCG/BOINC running 100%.
