Windows 10: Can Windows 10 auto-fill text from keyword?

Is there any way I can set up an autofill keyword and it will change it to a word or phase of my choice? Much like autocorrect but programable.

Example:

Type "Test1" and it will replace with "This is the phase I want to repeat"

I know how to do it in my Mac using Keyboard-Text, Replace/With but not having luck with windows 10.

If it is internet explorer, I would suggest you enable the auto fill feature in internet explorer and check if it helps.

To turn on Auto complete feature, kindly follow the below given link and check if it helps:

Email auto-fill problem

How do I delete an auto-fill email address entry?

I have an email address for a friend that is wrong, but auto-fill often enters this wrong address and I don't catch it.

The wrong email address is not in the people/contacts list; it must be an auto-fill within the Windows 10 mail app.

Is there a way to stop this auto-fill?

Mail Auto fill/Suggest

In Windows 10 Mail app's the To: field when I start to type a name or email address mail doesn't find the closest match and suggest it like all other mail programs! Auto complete or suggestion I think it is called. Our laptop works as I believe it should
but our desk top does not auto fill.

Any ideas how to get Mail and People integrated? The people button works bringing up the contact list. The "Choose Contacts" button to the right of the To: field seems to work find for the People file button. Just the type ahead feature doesn't work on the
desktop but does on the laptop, strange!
