Windows 10: can windows 10 help with network limitations?

Discus and support can windows 10 help with network limitations? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; my daughter is doing remote learning and she needs to use google chrome to go to class. but she keeps going on like pbs kids and such watching cartoons...     can windows 10 help with network limitations?


    my daughter is doing remote learning and she needs to use google chrome to go to class. but she keeps going on like pbs kids and such watching cartoons when she is supposed to be in class or doing homework. i've looked a bit into glasswire, but from what i can gather it can only block google chrome, but not specific sites. am i wrong? and is there a way to do all of this from my computer and not hers. ideal solution would also let me see what sites she is going to and be able to block them as well.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
