Can you help me please ?? Whenever i tried to open a microsoft account in my "lumia 532" i see a error like cant connect.but my wifi is connected.now what can i do please help me ?

Hi..

my Microsoft lumia 532 automatically restarts itself and goes into flight mode... . It has happened at least 5 times since yesterday....

Any suggestions...??

The whole story:

• After an update, I was not able to log in. I could type the characters of the password, but the keyboard doesn't accept the enter. That time I tried reboot several time (also remove accumulator). Unfortunately I can't tell the build number (since not
  able to log on). (another thread was opened, where was suggested to move the following here)
• After some days (simply I had no time), when the phone was not switched on, I re-charged it, and the following message waited:
  You entered too many times a wrong PIN code (not the SIM PIN, but the phone lock) that you have to restart your phone.
  

• 
  I tried some restart (simple power, after Volume down + power, after remove battery)
  
• 
  but still the same message
  

• I installed the Nokia Lumia recovery tool.

• 
  Here I got the message that the software can't download an image for the phone (not supported) - or something similar (Lumia 532) (if needed I will try to give a more punctual translation)
  

• So Finally I did a hard reset (with the buttons, since I was not able to logon to the phone.)

No it starts some installation (gears are turning) after a while a sad smile is visible (and this is an indefinite loop, so again and again.)

I would appreciate any help how to move on.
