Windows 10: Can you help me with ransomware and specially Grand Crab v5.2

For sorry i have been hit by Grand Crab v5.2 it decrypt all my files, is it only me on the internet or what and Microsoft anti virus can't get it all the last years was depending on it but now it is clear must find an other anti virus to have real protection against ransomware and specially Grand Crab.
